Short Term Disability

Long Term Disability
*Benefit is paid by Falls Fabricating LLC, 60% of monthly earnings up to maximum benefit of $5000 per month

*Employees may contribute the maximum as allowed by the IRS. Falls Fabricating LLC will make a safe harbor matching contribution $1 per $1 on the first 3% of pay saved, plus $.50 per $1 on the next 2% saved.

PTO
